Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells (Pair)

The Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells use a patented dial selection system that replaces fifteen pairs of fixed dumbbells — from 5 lbs to 52.5 lbs in 2.5-lb increments up to 25 lbs and 5-lb increments thereafter — allowing the user to change the working weight in seconds with a single dial rotation on each end of the dumbbell. The weight plates are held within a molded cradle and the selected weight plates lock onto the handle during lifting while the unselected plates remain in the cradle. The molded plastic housing protects both the weight plates and gym floors from the metal-on-metal contact of traditional dumbbells. The handle is ergonomically contoured with a grip texture appropriate for moderate-intensity training. The space requirement of a single pair of SelectTech 552s equals two cradles occupying approximately 0.6 square meters of floor space. Two-year warranty.
