Harbinger Pro Lifting Straps are among the most widely used lifting strap products in strength training, providing a secure wrist-wrap mechanism that transfers grip demand from the forearm flexors and finger flexors to the wrist bones and strap material during pulling exercises including deadlifts, rack pulls, barbell rows, and lat pulldowns. The 21.5-inch strap length provides sufficient material to wrap twice around most barbell and dumbbell diameters with comfortable overlap. The cotton-nylon blend provides adequate tensile strength for training loads up to and exceeding 400 lbs in single-strap failure tests while maintaining the compliance needed for comfortable wrist contact. The neoprene wrist pad reduces skin irritation at the wrist contact zone during heavy pulling. The loop anchor attaches the strap to the wrist with reliable retention during loading.
